REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Campers will be provided with a refund for days unattended ONLY in the event of a MANDATORY GOVERNMENT SHUT DOWN. Refunds UNRELATED to government shut downs must be requested TWO months prior to June 30th, 2025 (April 30th, 2025). Cancellations after April 30th, 2025 will only be refunded with a doctor’s note and subject to a $150.00 admin fee, per session, per child.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS WHEN CANCELLING WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF A SESSION YOU ARE REGISTERED TO ATTEND.

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to info@summercampatveneto.com. Refund process takes 4 weeks. NO EXCEPTIONS.
